The Langdale Valley by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: The Langdale Valley A shot from Sunday morning and the stunning cloud inversion in the Langdale Valley. I took a few various images as the light changed through the morning, but this is a handheld 9 image pano that I wanted to try. Its a bloody huge file, but I think all the processing work as meant it has turned out not too bad;) This was from Side Pike, a great place to view the Langdale Pikes. The Protector by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: The Protector An early morning trip out into the Eden Valley this morning hoping for a wee bit of mist to work with. As always I am drawn to trees, especially those loners caught in a bit of mist. A really great looking tree this one close to Temple Sowerby near Penrith. I loved the sheep that were lying beneath its branches, almost under its protection. Sony A7RII Sony FE24-70mm f2.8 GM All rights reserved © Brian Kerr Photography 2016
A Little Woodland by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: A Little Woodland I got up a wee bit early yesterday hoping to catch some nice early morning conditions before getting to work...but as usual it was raining:) I took a few back roads to work and found this little woodland that with the added rain and mist hanging around creating a really nice atmopshere. Sunrise Over A Frozen Flooded Field by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: Sunrise Over A Frozen Flooded Field I had planned heading to Threave Castle to see what the winter conditions would bring for Sunrise. I was standing making a few images of the Castle, a little bit of frost, a tiny bit of snow, a little bit pink in the sky....something was telling me to turn around, luckily:) Threave Estates, Castle Douglas, Dumfries and Galloway Please feel free to leave a comment or share with your friends and family should you wish. A Sunrise In January by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: A Sunrise In January A bloody windy morning just off the Hartside Pass, a strange morning with lots of low cloud but also a really lovely sunrise with some gorgeous colours. Loch Linnhe Wreck by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: Loch Linnhe Wreck The old boat on the shores of Loch Linnhe at Corpach near Fort William. A brief few minutes of light as the sun breaks through the clouds. I think probably the only bit of light on our trip north. Fort William and the Ben Nevis range can be seen behind the wreck. Wreck at Corpach by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: The Wreck at Corpach on the shores of Loch Linnhe near Fort William. A drizzly morning up in Glen Coe, so headed to Fort William looking for some slighly better weather and decided to take a look at this old wreck at Corpach. Fort William behind, Ben Nevis is hidden behind cloud and drizzle. Please feel free to leave a comment or share with your friends and family should you wish. Sunset Over Glen Coe by Brian Kerr Via Flickr: Sunset Over Glen Coe When winter turns into Spring in Glen Coe. Looking down from Beinn a' Chrulaiste towards Buachaille Etive Mor and surrounding valley. Its been really bad weather over the past couple of weeks as we all know, so with not being able to get out much I've taken the chance to jump back into the archives for this image.
