To my mom, I can’t believe you have been gone 10 years today. Sometimes it feels longer and sometimes it feels like it was just yesterday. I miss you every day. My mom helped me get to the milestone you see pictured here. 5 years in remission from cancer as she was fighting her own cancer battle. She refused to leave this world until I was cancer-free. I have now been in remission for more than 10 years. I don’t share a lot from that time in my life but I wanted to share this today because without my mother I would have never made it this far. Thank you, mom, I love you. Happy 10 years in heaven! Until we meet again, love your son, Brian.
