Stacking and strapping pallets to send these beauties to their new homes. It has been an unbelievable design project. Crafting this many unique items from a very challenging medium, crossing from stone to screenprinting to letterpressing, lasering and beyond. We are so honored and proud to have taken part in this journey with #invision and the impact these will have in our community will further the growth, resiliency, and positivity of our neighbors and our city. Congratulations to one of our hard working cohorts here at #brickxbrick for the release of his companies first game, #masterthief @jcbprr has been on the ride with us, helping clean bricks, design icons, and whatever else is needed in the day to day. A great guy who with his co-owner Jake Spencer founded @sparrgames and have gone through a really surreal amount of challenges from shipping problems, manufacturing and plant problems, unbelievably loud kickstarter backers, and even theft from the front porch! But they have persevered and released something great into the world that is truly fun to play. This weekend was a wild and sweaty work session. Thankful we have such an incredible team on this edition. We hand cleaned over 200 bricks with chisels and brushes, and loaded a 16 ft truck to the rafters with supplies for crafting our packaging. All materials are currently stored in our makerspace storage, and we are all sweaty and happy. As always, our materials are 100% recyclable, right down to our new shipping padding.
