tree tunnel (by Dennis_F)
How I would love to walk along a quiet path of trees with only the gentle breeze as my company.
Where you place your focus can have extreme consequences...either good or bad!
Think about it!
"Supposed to" ranks right up there with "should" in the list of words I’d like to erase from my vocabulary. These words represent thought patterns in my head that misdirect my thinking.

Zen...living in this moment...
This is my first post on a blog. I have created numerous excuses within myself as to why I have not posted even one sentence on here. __________________________ Icy Rain By Alison Livingston
Bundled in my warm white sweater, I can hear the cold January rain singing outside my window. Though the day is filled with gray and gloom, there is a feeling of life in the air. Sad eyes look to the sky and smiles fall like the icy rain. It seems as though even the trees are hunched, hoping to avoid the biting feel of the wind. Offering no hope of warmer days, the air whispers the harsh realities of winter. It is with the warm glow of the lamp and the soft sound of the rain that my soul is calmed. I sit inside my sanctuary of warmth with only my eyes showing me the bitterness pressing against my window. I close my eyes and embrace the gift of warmth during this blustery winter storm. ____________________________
And so my journey continues…now entering a world of unknown possibilities, invisible eyes and an energy within me that sparkles with, dare I say, a bit of magic!
