hey hey simblr! i’m lee, 16, and i’m starting a new sims 4 finds blog!

i’ve decided to branch out and make a new side blog for cc and game content i find here on tumblr! i’ve seen so many amazing creations here on our community so i thought, “hell, why not? let’s make a cc finds blog.”

i’m definitely not new to simblr. i just wanted to make a little intro for this blog of mine :)

for now, i’m not sure how consistent the reblogs will be. but if you head over to my blog then you can see that i’ve already prepared for this blog’s trajectory. i’m hoping to be as active as i am on my main blog!

here are some ground rules in reblogging your stuff:

THEDEVILLIERS — ‘the palace’ build

a collab between @thebrixtons and I! she built the greatest shell ever + landscaped the garden surrounding the main build. 💖 the palace has three fully decorated floors and it includes a throne room, ball room, studies, a library, private bedrooms, etc! - 64x64 lot - enable bb.moveobjects before placing! - very cc heavy [5.57gb]. the only packs (barely) used were: get famous, get together and get to work. - i recommend this no drift camera mod if you want to use the third floor. - - i use k-hippie’s terrain replacements and terrain paint. - most cc is included [more info + photos on dl page!] thank you to all cc creators used in this build 😌💕 @emilyccfinds @itsjessicaccfinds @sssvitlanz

The place to be for rooftop parties. Set it as a lounge, nightclub or pool. (or bar if you add a tv) It does come with a restaurant, but I playtested it and the waiters were having a lot of routing issues so I unfortunately can't recommend playing it as that lot type.

it's finally here! I put my whole simsussy into this so I hope you guys love it! If you have any issues feel free to reach out and I'll try my best to help you out. by no means am I a pro though...

T I P S

- turn off edge smoothing in gameplay menu - mxao looks best when you hit 'tab' and zoom in all the way! - tested in different worlds and different lighting (looks best in day though) - turn off aDOF and/or MXAO for faster speeds - make sure that in global preprocessor definitions you have: RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED=0 *** - probably not gameplay friendly for slower computers - all of the shaders have hotkeys for ease of use! they're kinda random tho edit: ADOF DOES NOT HAVE HOT KEY! OOPS! - I recommend twinkle toes world lighting mod and OOTD

This lot comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen.  I added some kind of easter eggs in this building, so that you can notice what kind of lifestyle some of the sims lived in this house. You can also remove all plants from the front yard and make a small garden if you want.
