Not bad for 3 weeks with a week of Thanksgiving thrown in where I just didn’t give an eff what I ate or drank. Hopefully I’ll be in a good groove for Christmas.

Crazy what a little shock to the body can to do start weight loss. I’d say that was a successful first week.

I’m back. Gained a lot of weight. I blame work stress and basically working 55-60 hour weeks for the last year. On day two of weight watchers. Wish me luck.

I understand not all guys are bad. Actually most guys aren’t bad. But don’t ever question why women don’t trust men. Why women don’t like to walk alone at night. Why we travel in packs.

I am heartbroken today and can’t imagine the hard and difficult road ahead for her family, friends, teammates and coaches. Keep her, her family, and our Utah family in your hearts for a bit. We are going to need support to heal.

I’m gonna regret this

I did an hour of cardio tennis this morning after not playing tennis for 10 months, and I’m getting ready to head out to do a fairly challenging 6 mile hike for a friends vow renewal. My legs are not going to like me tomorrow.

I still can’t fathom what happened on this beach 74 years ago. This day will always have meaning to me. #DDay #OmahaBeach

Thursday we were crazy and rented a car and drove to Windsor, Bath, and Stonehenge. It was very cool to see Windsor so close to the wedding. Bath was very cool and the architecture there is so different then other places in England. We ended with a special tour of Stonehenge. Usually you have to stay on a path and take photos from there, but our group got to in amongst the rocks and it was well worth the drive. And I survived driving on the left side of the road!

Crazy to think Mom and I touched down in London one year ago today, and today is my last morning here of a great vacation. Any great trip should start and end with a trip to Borough Market and a walk along the Thames.

Day 2 was a good one. My travel buddies finally arrived at 8 am so I gave them the room to nap and I took a walk to Hyde park. We all took off to Borough Market and a walk down the Thames then to St. James park to see Buckingham Palace. Ending the night with a great sunset from the room.
