Ab check (: I've been taking a break from training my abs. To be honest, I have only trained abs once in the past 3 or 4 weeks. I've been focusing on other muscles. Abs have always been my "go to" meaning when it's chest day & I don't feel like training chest I just do abs instead to avoid chest. Urgghh. I've basically grounded myself from my abs until I start training chest regularly. Ha ! No, I don't recommend this. Balance is always best, but this is my own way to bring back balance. #dasbrandambassador #DASlabs#abs #fitfam #girlsthatlift
