audio books

I find that I’m more interested in audiobooks than actually sitting down to read a book. It’s easier to get through. I also find it easier to multitask using this already.  It makes me happy. Blood sugar

As of August 2024, I have an A1C level of 6.7. I had worked so hard to get this down because it was above 8 before then. I have worked hard to change my diet and to become better at managing it and it definitely helps that i have a pump now all the time to manage it. Psychiatrist appointment

I had a psychiatrist appointment on Monday the 18th, and it went pretty well. We added Lithium to my antidepressant and I already feel it working. Which is good because there’s not really any depression. as of August 16th, I am no longer on lithium i am on Effexor and Lamotrigiene. I am also on Seroquel and promethazine. They have been working good at making me stay asleep and i haven’t woke up…

Kindle unlimited subscription

I had purchased the Kindle Unlimited subscription because I love reading. It creates an escape for me. this has definitely allowed me to bring my books on the go without having to carry a lot of stuff. I’ve lived with the trauma most of my life because of what my parents have put me through. I have lived through emotional/mental abuse, sexual abuse and physical abuse by not only immediate family but by people that i thought i trusted. Drawbacks of Samsung Galaxy A03s

Some drawbacks of the Samsung Galaxy a03s is that it was super laggy and it performed slower over time. It was eventually had to be replaced because of the things I needed it wasn’t keep up with. I enjoyed this phone while i had it, but over time it was hard for me to do things that i needed during that time. During that time i was doing school work on my phone and it was always freezing on me.

What am I majoring in

What am I majoring in?

I am majoring in medical billing and coding right now and I enjoy it so far. I am almost done with my program which I am happy about. Just got a lot to get down. I have two exams this week. I am hoping to be finished by November. Which is reasonable.
