Why the fuck do recipes use CUPS as a measurement. Tsp & tbsp I get cos they’re a regular size but cups… they’re so diverse! Use grams/oz or I’m not using your recipe! (Though this is a very handy cheat sheet)

Olivia Manning, from Liverpool, managed to get a whopping score in an IQ test of 162 - well above the 100 average.

Feeling rejuvenated health wise. Had a heart to heart with Cody tonight about focusing on our health. We are both very over weight and know we ought to do something about it. If we don't, we can basically look at it as taking years off our life together. I have not tracked WW in 10 days but I will be tracking tomorrow. AND I downloaded these fancy apps, of course c25k I am familiar with but the other two will be new and I'm excited for it. Here's my second wind. Get ready for it!
