let’s just imagine,, just imagine: what if both, farrah and chess, were thinking this all the time, when they were still alive and noticing themselves falling deeper and deeper into their addiction. let’s just imagine them going “i know that i’m destroying myself and if i continue this, i’ll be dead soon” and then thinking “but someone would have to hold on to me” and thinking “it won’t happen, because i still have someone caring for me” but after some time being convinced that that isn’t the case. and they fall deeper and deeper into the spiral of addiction. at some point they’re in tears, thinking “someone would hold on to me, wouldn’t they?! if i died, someone would hold on to me!” because they WANT to get better and WANT to see a reason for doing so but their brain telling them, that no one would care,,, and that no one cares about them.. and that’s why they continue and don’t see a way out of the addiction,, just imagine

Kerry Butler is really cool

So I was listening to the mean girls cast recording and and I was like, y'know, Kerry Butler’s voice sounds really familiar but idk where else I know her from, and then later I found out she was in the OBC of Hairspray and I was like oh! But wait, I’d never fully listened to the Hairspray OBCR enough to have recognized her from that. So I was just like ok whatever

BUT THEN TONIGHT I FOUND OUT that she was freaking Audrey in the Little Shop of Horrors revival!! And then to add onto that, I looked up her credits and found out she was also in Bat Boy?!?!

So long story short I’ve loved Kerry Butler for way longer than I realized.

(Also everyone go listen to Bat Boy, it’s weirder but also better than it sounds, and was composed by Laurence O'Keefe who also composed Legally Blonde and Heathers)
