However, he suddenly recalled something.

This was worse then it first sounded. Kyousuke was sad. Not only was Chisa apparently SOULMATES with some person outside of their group - And that bothered him, but Kyousuke was actively sad now.
“… no. No. I don’t think she’s upset with you. I just… I donno. Maybe we should… relent and call her Chisa more? Maybe she’s hanging out with strangers to try to make a point… I just… no. I don’t believe she’s mad. Absolutely not.”
It was a suggestion. He didn’t know how to fix this. And he was worried for Chisa’s safety… and the fact that Kyousuke was sad makes him extra worried. He will murder if he needs to.
“...are you certain of this, Sakakura? Is Yukizome truly not upset at me?”
The fact that this was causing the usual composed Munakata to feel how he was now was a serious matter on its own. Taking hold of Sakakura’s hands did the white haired male glance up at him, an almost pleading look in those bright eyes of his.
“....Sakakura, I wish to say this now, please forgive me for the acts I am about to commit for Yukizome.”
Even the kindest of men can feel like murder sometimes.

No. He hadn’t been aware. “Soulmate? Who is it? Are they going to be a problem?”

Now both were extremely concerned about Yukizome and this so called soulmate.

One would think they were speaking to Sakakura with the way Munakata furrowed his brow at this stranger. This was one of the men that had been taking quite a bit of Yukizome’s attention it seemed.
“...I do not know what your intentions are yet, therefor, I can not allow you to see Yukizome.”
Overprotective boyfriend mode activated.

A look of concern and worry was expressed over Munakata’s face as he spoke. It was still bothering him. What Yukizome had said earlier to him.
“...are you aware that Yukizome has...a soulmate?”

“It’s quite alright, Kimura. You don’t need to apology. It was I that caused this small accident.”
He had been walking down the halls of the foundation, on his way to Tengan’s office when he had bumped into Kimura. It seemed this caused her to drop her paperwork to which she began to frantically panic and apologize. Munakata began to assist in retrieving the fallen papers for her while reassuring her it was his fault not hers.
Once all the papers were gathered, Munakata handed them back to Kimura while offering her a kind smile.
“This may sound quite out of place for me to bring up but your branch has been doing excellent these past few weeks. The number of those taken care of and saved thanks to your medications is quite grand. I find myself amazed and impressed by it all.”
Placed a hand on her shoulder softly after speaking, was he ready to excuse himself before adding.
“Keep bringing that hope to those that are in need of it, Kimura.”

Don’t tell him she cooked it, so he’ll eat it.
A random headcanon I love about to give Munakata is that he can’t really cook that well. He can eventually makes something decent after a number of tries but he just isn’t cut out for it.
He’s pretty much like this gif:

Before he could even finish his sentence, the paperwork in his hands was pulled away. A small stare of confusion did he give her, quick to notice the annoyance she held.
Oh.
This wasn’t good. The last thing he ever wished to do was upset those closest to him. However, how could he fix what he wasn’t certain of. What had he said or done to have Yukizome looking at him in such a manner. A resolve to this must be located as soon as possible.
“ I apologize. It seems to have done something to upset you, Yukizome. Could you help me understand what I did? We should resolve this together, after all.”

Munakata wasn’t fond of smoking but he wasn’t here to tell others how to live their lives. What they do with it is on them. He simply wasn’t going to allow the carelessness of others to put the lives of others in unneeded danger. Second hand smoking is still quite hazardous to many.
“What you do in your spare time is none of my concern. I have nothing against what habits you find pleasantry in. However, from now on, refrain from smoking in areas where it is strictly forbidden. While you may not think it is a concerning matter, other and myself do. Is that understood, Matsuda?”

Was all Munakata vocalized when a knock was heard.Typing up something that had been keeping his attention. Even when the other had entered, the vice president didn’t bother to look up. When Naegi had approached his desk, eyes were still focused on the screen before him.
There was no words spoken, no sounds made aside form the typing that the second branch head was doing. This continued on for a couple minutes before finally closing his laptop and turning to face the man before him.
“Now then, what can I assist you with, Naegi? Would it happen to be about the documents that Kirigiri spoke of or a different matter?”
