LPS Popular characters and their majors
Savannah would probably be one of those Woman in STEM™️ girls like engineering or something. She reminds me of my ex-roommate who switched schools to move back home after freshman year for her boyfriend who she was doing long distance with only for him to break up with her after she transferred.
Brooke is a communications major and I feel like she declared it because she thinks it’s just talking to people. Or she’s undecided for a long time. I’m being kind of harsh but we all know she has more potential than that but she’d rather be a sorority sister and spend her time trying to get reelected as Pike’s frat sweetheart. It’s not like college really matters for her since she has her mom’s business to fall back on.
Genny is an English major and no I will not be elaborating, though she probably considered journalism for a hot minute.
Lina I can see majoring in a language (something obscure, like Russian) or history, or maybe she’s one of those over achievers who’s like a triple major for some reason. Doesn’t even need to go to grad school to end up being successful. Goes back for her PhD in her 30s or 50s because she’s bored, or retired, or both.
Rachel… that’s a hard one. I feel like she’d be criminal justice or pre-law, thinking that you automatically become a lawyer once you get your diploma. Of course, this is before her character development was ruined. I feel like she could also be Business or Economics minoring in Philosophy or Political Science. (But rush pi phi!!)
Alicia reminds me of that one meme about psychology majors who always spend hours on their notes only to get a C on the actual exam so… yeah.
I can actually see Sage as an English major for some reason. I feel like him and Genny have classes together and she’s like, “what are you doing here?” And when Sage gives his interpretation on Kafka and the bourgeoises during one of their lectures she gets mad but Savannah can’t help that she rubbed off on him.
Tom needs to work on his French but he’s minoring in how to get his ex back. If he stayed in California I think he’d also major in engineering or physics. Maybe computer science.
Nate: Business but the real reason he’s even enrolled is so he can rush Pike the second he steps foot on campus
