"Were there other questions you asked?" he spoke with a soft head tilt. Was he really unaware of the other questions Isaiah asked, or did he try to play oblivious? Certainly, he was a strange guy that didn't give much away about himself. And that only made it more difficult to tell if he was predator or prey.
And then he chuckled. And his laugh... Once more it was lacking any emotion. Like a forced sound or a broken recording. But he did show a sign of amusement in the form of a brief smile. And it was caused by Isaiah's worry for traps. Why would there be any? He didn't even realise that the question was not spoken out loud. It remained in his mind.
"There's a lake." He informed, this time managing to make the sound come out of his mouth.
Isaiah's brow furrows, his patience growing short with the other. If this guys some sort of entity pawn they’ve done a terrible job making him. Its hard to believe a person would ever act this way.. That is unless he's a killer, from the fact he simply seems like he’s lost more than a few marbles it might be that. Either way, he trust this guy as far as he could throw him and he couldn't even lift the others feet from the ground.
“Right, I’m sure.” He says with an exasperated sigh. “But I don’t care to see it. Honestly I just want to go sit before there's another trial so either you can come sit too or you can run off to go look at the lake by yourself.” He waves a hand off towards the foggy treeline. He doubted the other could get near the fire, so hopefully this would be enough to get him to go away.
