Even though Jingoo and Hakyun are almost of a height, their builds are completly opposite of each other. Jingoo is very solidly built even if he isn't particularly tall, and Hakyun is so very slender. Even when he works out for a role he doesn't become much "larger" as much as more "defined, especially compared to Jingoo who seems to have a body that naturally wants to be about as wide as it is tall.

But if we don't constrain ourselves to that, we also have these examples:

When I encounter Joowon casually sitting in Dongsik's lap in fanfics I'm always taken a little out of the story, imagining poor Dongsik being crushed but unable to say anything.
Height isn't everything when it comes to size difference after all.
Their size difference is slightly obscured by Dongsik favouring layers and puffy jackets and clothes that are simply too big for him, whereas Joowon tends to wear simple clothing tailored to his body, thus adding less bulk to his silhouette
But it is there
I just love this image of petit and slender Dongsik who has been getting into physical fights more or less his entire life, who has both formal training and experience on his side, and who knows how to quickly strike exactly where it hurts the most, like a vicious little terrier, while Joowon is just like, an immovable, thick wall with a stick (police baton) in his hand, which is more than enough.
