[ Once they were outside, she gave Isaac an encouraging smile, hoping that he’d be able to relax even just a little bit without Scott’s presence looming over them like a bad omen. Kira was actually a little surprised that he’d gone along with her plan, she’d expected resistance, because she’d already garnered that the beta could be stubborn as hell when he wanted to be. ]
"Come along then, Isaac. We’re going to find somewhere that sells cake, and then we’re going to eat it while pretending for a while that we’re normal teenagers, just hanging out. Okay? Okay."

[ Because he sure as hell had no idea where to go, cake hadn't exactly been a staple in his childhood. After his mom died anything that even remotely resembled him being a 'child' vanished like she did. ]
Keening when the beta’s hand found its way through the provided gap in his jeans, it was almost too easy for the dark fox to forget that he wasn’t actually Stiles. A slightly frustrated sound left him when all the other did was roll his palm against him, though thanks to Stiles, Void was well aware of Isaac and his virgin status, so it was kind of expected that the blond would be hesitant. Pale body arched under Isaac’s ministrations, a pathetic mewl crawling from his chest when the werewolf’s teeth nipped harder at his neck, and he pushed himself up enough so that he could wrangle his shirt off, tossing it somewhere across the room before delving his fingers into blond curls, using the grip to drag the other up and crush their mouths together again.
Shifting with the other's movements was easy, blue eyes scanning over the skin that was exposed to him, teeth playing against his tongue at the sight of the pale flecked skin stretched out before him. Tipping his head slightly his mouth slotted over the other's collar bone, teeth and tongue scrapping over the skin. There was a hesitant moment before the beta set about sucking a dark mark into human's skin.

[ Lydia sighed. The discussion starting to frustrate her. ]
"I don’t know if you truly don’t feel like she had feelings for you or that you don’t want to believe she did. I don’t blame you, but I think you feel it would be easier if no one cared, if you were alone. You’re used to being alone but you don’t accept that there is a group of people who actually care. Scott might have thrown you against a wall but I don’t think ever hated you. Mrs. McCall gave you and home and— Are you sure there’s nothing I can say to make you stay? Because I feel like I’m going in circles with my arguments.”
"Yes, it's clearly that I just want to believe that. Couldn't have anything to do with the fact that she died professing her undying love for Scott and how he was her one true love and how she couldn't love anyone but him. No, it's just because I don't want to believe that she had feelings for me. You're right, I'm just some messed up kid that can't deal with things."
[ The beta's body sagged, hands dropping to his side as he lets out a breath. Voice dropping to the point of barely being heard. ]
"I don't want to stay. I'm tired of feeling like a burden."
