logan is native to prism falls & is a general manager at panworks mining co. who lives in amethyst arbour. he is forty-seven years of age and is portrayed by daniel henney.
the weight of duty is a damning curse — at least, that's how logan had always seen it. ever since he was a young boy, logan had dreamed of a life with no bounds. he yearned for simplicity and adventure and freedom far from the valley and ties to his family name. and so finally, when he was nineteen and at the cusp of inheriting a portion of his family's affairs, he set off to run away from it all. it was just him, his love, his horse he called flurry, and their shared desire for something more. but as luck would have it, the night they were meant to depart, prism falls experienced the worst torrential downpour they've seen in decades. mines flooded, windows shattered, and the path they meant to take was not in any condition to be travelled on. still, they persisted. they were a few meters away from boundary of prism falls before tragedy struck — flurry slipped, spooking, and bucked the couple off. logan clutched onto his love, shielding her from impact, and sustaining a severe fracture to his femur. he was rushed to valley general, their plans abandoned. a bone wasn't the only thing that broke that night. as much as logan tried to change his love's mind, their relationship was over. his heart was broken and his leg never quite healed the way it was meant to. with nothing left for him to cling onto, logan accepted his fate. he took charge of his family's affairs and the responsibilities that came with it. with the guidance of his father, logan was set up to become exactly what their family needed, and he took that role on with minimal complaints. he married for business ( despite his younger self claiming he'd never stoop so low ) and allowed his path to be forged in compliance to his family's needs. now, with the fresh grief of losing his father, logan must embrace what he was only just tolerating. more people were relying on him and it would be a disservice to them and his family line to let them all down. if only the anguish and regret that lived and bubbled in his heart wasn't so loud — maybe he wouldn't be catching himself daydreaming of a life of what-ifs.

yzma ( tba ) → she's made a fine wife, but you know from experience there's more to be had. you long for it again, and it further cracks an already broken heart to know it's something that you'd probably never find with the one you married. it had been a business proposal, you told yourself. a way to secure your place in your family's business, to show them you were serious and intended to lay down your own roots to stay. a marriage could do that, even it it was no love match
lady tremaine ( tba ) → you don't like her, but you've never been too fond of the high society circles your family was apart of. you dislike the inauthenticity of their games most of all. your father had been quite good at them, at being able to pinpoint a liar. and he warned you about this one, even if he had liked her late-husband. an important lesson he learned was just because you could trust one spouse, didn't mean you could trust them both. and it was enough for you to want her kept far from your family's business.
queen clarion ( corrine phan ) → to see her around town, to still hear her laugh from a distance, it pains you. you can see her light has dimmed and hear how her laughter lacks the joy it once did. even if no one else can. and perhaps that pains you all the more. that no one else can see how she suffers. that you can, but there is nothing you can do to comfort her or ease the plight for either of you. perhaps that itself is how you're being punished for trying to escape your responsibilities
lefou ( tba ) → he's been by your side through so much, and always when you needed him most. it's easy to forgive his misguided enthusiasm, knowing it comes from a place of unwavering loyalty. you find his behavior endearing at times, albeit a little unnecessary given certain situations. but you always appreciate the effort and that you have someone to rely on
