“Oh really? I like the sound of that.” he joked. “Woah woah woah, i most definitely am a tough guy.” He corrected her. “I’m not scared of anything.”
“Mhm,” she nodded as they walked, shrugging, “Prove it, then,” she said with a playful smile, “Not even Pennywise? The twins from The Shining? The girl from The Exorcist?” she asked, naming a few well-known movie titles.

Spencer sat up as he watched her pace the room then sit next to her. He shrugged before reaching onto his night stand for a new bottle. “She made her choice, she knew what she was doing so i told her i’m done. I got rid of the ring i gave her and told her i was done with her.” He stated, opening the bottle and took a swig. “I knew she had some feelings for him. I knew he was trouble when they first kissed on new years before she and i dated again. And the state i’m in is nothing. I’m sitting in my room drinking. I’m not depressed or anything. I just don’t have a reason to go out. That picture on instagram, nothing happened. I didn’t go out and party. it was my bartender’s sister who i asked to come over and take the picture to make it seem like we hooked up to piss off Devyn. ”
“That’s good. You should be done, everyone deserves better than someone who’s willing to cheat on them,” she said, running a hand through her hair, “You should stop drinking, though, alcohol poisoning is a real thing.” She then raised a brow, “You got back with her even after she proved herself to be a shitty person?” She didn’t understand why anyone would want to be with someone who cheated on them, “You’re drinking yourself to death, and you seem lonely. So I’m here to help. It’s what friends do.”

“I don’t see how living the single life could be mildly concerning.” he commented. “I would rather you didn’t say that because i’ll snap.” he added. He knew that she wasn’t going to drop it so he sighed and began speaking again. “Devyn kissed that Gabe guy. She let it happened. So i broke up with her for good. The best part was she decided to confess it all on our date I surprised her with.” he said, getting up and over to her to grab his bottle back. “I’ve told you what happened. You can see yourself out.” he muttered and sat back down on the bed, downing the rest of the drink. He tosses the bottle and laid back on the bed.
“It’s not, I’ve been living it for months, it’s just a change,” she said before nodding, “I wasn’t going to say it anyways,” she admitted before frowning, “That bitch,” she said, pacing the room for a moment, “Cheaters are the worst kind of people. The scum of the planet,” she added before taking a seat next to him, “I’m sorry, that’s...that’s horrible. I know how you feel, and honestly, that Gabe guy has nothing on you, he flirts with anything that has a pulse. Also, I’m not leaving, especially not when you’re in this...” she paused, “State.”
gabedawson:
“Okay you have one thing to worry about.” he chuckled. “Hmm okay, Chinese does sound good right now.” He stated, stroking his thumb against her hand. “Oh want to watch something scary so i can protect you?” He teased with a wink.
“You’re hard to ignore,” she teased, smiling, “Good, okay, I’ll order it when we get there,” she then rolled her eyes, looking up at him, “No, I assumed I’d be the one protecting you. You don’t seem like a tough-guy.”

“Sure Brooke come on in.” he muttered as he shut the door. “Hey!” he nearly snapped when she took his bottle. He sighed and walks over to the bed, sitting down on it. “Nothing happened. Why are you here?”
“I came to see how you were, your twitter and instagram feeds have been mildly concerning,” she stated, crossing her arms over her chest, “You promised you’d tell me if something happened with Devyn so I could say I told you so...if you’re lying to me I’m going to be pissed.” She took a sip from the bottle, waiting for him to spill about whatever was happening.

Liam felt a little guilty when he saw who it was, he had been a little distant from her since they had kissed again, and he felt bad knowing that he had hooked up with Electra. Although, it wasn’t like he and Brooke were an item. “I’ve always been this cocky, don’t you know me?” He teased.
“Okay, maybe you’re right,” Brooke said with a laugh, trying to hide her smile as she looked over at him, “So tell me, Walker, why have you been such a stranger?” She knew they weren’t together or anything, but it felt weird that he hadn’t spoken to her in person since New Years.
Spencer laid in bed, downing whatever number bottle it was. He had empty bottles scattered around his room, not caring if it made his room look like a mess. He didn’t care about anything at all. He downs the rest of the bottle and tosses it aside. He grabs a new one and opens it, sipping from it when he heard a knock on the door. He didn’t want to see anyone but he knew if he didn’t answer, they would continue knocking. Getting up, he walked over to the door, stumbling a bit. He was drunk for sure. He opened the door a bit, leaving no space between him and the door. “What?” He muttered.
Brooke looked over at him, shaking her head as pushed past him and walked into the room. “Didn’t we have a deal?” she asked, taking the bottle, “What happened?”
“Take a picture, it’ll last longer.”
“I just might,” Brooke teased, smiling over at the boy, “When did you get so cocky?”
gabedawson:
“You don’t have to worry about anything.” He reassured her. “Well then we can choose together when we get to my room. Would you like to pick up any food along the way?” he asked.
“Well, I do have to worry about remembering not to give into the flirting, or the accent,” she teased, a glint of a smile creeping onto her face, “Why don’t we order in, Chinese maybe? That’s classic takeout food,” she noted as they walked, “I think we should go for a horror or a thriller, I’ve been in that mood lately.”

He intertwined their fingers as he started walking. “I’m sure he’ll be okay with it, i don’t think he’s even there right now.” he said with a shrug before slipping his other hand into his pocket. “Whatever the lady desires.” he smiled.
“Alright, then we’re good,” she said a bit more spring in her step when he intertwined their fingers, not sure why she was acting this way, “The lady is indecisive, it’s a downside to me. I’m horrible at choosing netflix movies.”

Gabe chuckled, taking his skates off and nods, “Yes Netflix minus the chilling.” He slipped on his shoes and stood up, “We can go back to mine.” He said, holding out a hand for her.
Brooke took his hand, starting towards the street again, “Okay, will your roommate be cool with that? I don’t know, three’s a crowd,” she said with a light-hearted smile, “Also what are we watching?”

Gabe’s thumb stroked her cheek as his lips moved with hers in sync. He let the kiss go on a bit longer before pulling back a bit with a smile. “Wanna head back?” he asked quietly, pushing her hair from her face.
Brooke nodded, looking at the ground for a moment before snapping back into reality, “Let’s go, we were going to Netflix minus the chilling, right?” she said with a playful smile as she stood up, “Your room or mine?”Â

Gabe couldn’t help but smile at the answer, “Good answer because..” he sat down besides her then reached out to cup her cheeks and leaned in, pressing his lips against hers.
Brooke was a little surprised when he leaned in and kissed her, and she couldn’t help but melt as his hand touched her cheek. She dropped the ice skates almost immediately before thoughts of everything else in her life raided her mind. Within a moment, Brooke pushed those thoughts out to just focus on him, instinctually deepening the kiss.

Gabe raised a brow, “That’s okay, i don’t mind it.” he chuckled before glancing around. “Good idea.” He took her hand and made his way to the exit and walked off the ice. He turns to help her carefully and made his way to the bench. “Why did you kiss me? I mean there were other ways to show me, why kiss me?”
Once she was off the ice, she sat down on the bench and started undoing her laces, “Oh,” she said, trying to think of why she did it, “Because I wanted to, I guess, I mean, why not?” she shrugged before looking over at him, “It was kind of nice.”

Gabe bit down on his lip for a moment, “Good unexpected.” he answered, holding her closer. “Damn, so close.” he teased. “But i guess i can wait a little longer.” he smirked.
Brooke stopped for a moment, thinking through what she was doing. She started thinking about Liam and how he hadn’t texted her in over a week which sort of hurt her, “Sorry, I usually don’t do that, although I’m glad it was well received,” she said, looking around to the people still skating, “We should probably get off the ice, right? So we don’t cause a traffic jam,” she joked, referring to how they were stopped.

Brooke wrapped an arm around his neck, gently bringing him to her lips, pressing hers against his for a few moments before pulling away, staying in a fairly close proximity, “I️ have my ways,” she said calmly, keeping her stability on the ice.
Gabe was surprised at the action, not really expecting that from her. HIs arm went to wrap around her body before they pulled apart. He cleared this throat and nods, “You certainly do.” he chuckled lightly. “Definitely wasn’t expecting that.”
Brooke looked down for a moment, something about this was out-of-character for her. It wasn’t unlike her to flirt, but she didn’t usually unexpectedly kiss people, “Bad unexpected or good?” she asked, second guessing herself a bit, trying not to lose her former confidence, “That still doesn’t mean you’re ever getting to netflix and chill, just so you know,” she said with a smile.
