Welcome!
You can call me Ms Brosser (she/her) in case it helps you to give a name to the account, and not a child. I'm just a person living in the Canadian prairies and I care deeply for your oral health and want the best for you. Always here cheering you on.
I'm not a dental professional, I just grew up with terrible teeth so have spent lots of time talking to my dentist and dental hygienist trying to make sure my teeth stay healthy. And I've learned a lot along the way. I have also watched my parents live a lifetime of pain and heartache because of lack of knowledge on how to properly care for their teeth. So I'm deeply invested in helping as many people as I can.
This blog started because I randomly decided to blaze a brush your teeth reminder post that blew up. From there I started this blog and have been setting reminders since. (brosser les dents is French for brush the teeth, since brush your teeth was already taken) so this is an account that sets reminders and provides education. It won't be for everyone and I can only truly speak from my own experience.
I welcome asks and there are no stupid questions. If you're wondering, chances are someone else is wondering too. Some things are obviously way beyond my knowledge, but if I know something that will help, I'll be happy to try. But from time to time, I will have to close the ask box. So you can CHECK THE STATUS OF THE ASKBOX HERE.
I've also started compiling an FAQ. It's a work in progress. You can find it here.
If you see any posts related to oral hygiene that would benefit other people, please don't hesitate to tag me.
There is swag.
Lastly, I have tagged this specific post with my most used tags. Mostly for myself. But if you're looking for asks, they'll all be tagged.
Good luck everyone. We're all in this together and I look forward to continuing on this journey with you.
