Will I ever get over the fact that the thing that made Harry happiest about getting to tell a fan that he and Louis were dating was that the fan said she knew they were before he confirmed it? And that Harry was probably so happy because it was the beginning of the hard closeting, the careful behavior, but he was happy there were still people out there who 1) recognized what was happening and 2) were happy to hear the truth when they’d been told repeatedly up until this point that no fan would want to show up to their gigs and support them if they were gay/out?

Idk why this performance means so much to me. It probably has to do with this venue being in an old church in the south. A place that is usually not accepting of people in the lgbtq+ community. He made sure that even after pride flags were confiscated to bring one up on stage during his last song. He saw what was happening, flags that mean so much to us being taken away and he put a stop to it. Thank you Harry. As a person in the lgbtq+ community, that performance meant a lot to me .
