Dear J, I apologize for my wrong doings when we were courting. I have a million excuses on why I did wrong, but you were everything to me. I tried to give you the word, but I failed. I failed by letting the whispers on my ear to boost my ego. I was hurt and mad, but I did it to myself. I'm sorry for wasting your time and I wish I could still be friends with you. You were everything to me. You treated me right. I miss you and will be texting you happy birthday in 2 days. :) Love, B

Day 1 - Define the Person You Are Now (30 Day Journal)

Dear Journal,

I have came so far in my life. Being the weird, shy,insecure, introverted child into a christian, confident, driven, passionate young man I am today. I have came a mighty long way and I am still growing. 

The person I am today is a young person in search of love, but who is misjudged by many. On top of being misjudged, I am known to people by a variety of names. From B Smooth, B/Bey, Lee, Bran, B-Lee, King B, Lil 8ill, and of course Brandon. I am proud of the person I am today because I didn’t think I would make it past 18, have a degree and to be enrolled in a graduate program. I thank God for his traveling grace and mercy.
