its 3am in the morning and i cant sleep as usual. the thoughts in my head are killing me. i wonder why am i like this. why do people leave me. i am tired of pretending that i am ok even though i am not. the thought of running away is there all along. should i run away and not come back? crying wont make me feel any better, swallowing pills too. honestly, what am i? why do i feel so lost and confused about myself. im not sure if i can go through things anymore because its really really tiring for me.
It's okay if you don't feel okay. You are allowed to be sad, you are allowed to feel what you feel because your emotions are valid. You are only human and it's normal to have gloomy days. It's not your fault, it's just how life works—there will be ups and downs. So just take your time, embrace the pain and the sadness until you can't feel it anymore. You'll wake up one day, you'll realize that everything is finally okay.
