((jhgyttfd ok im sorry im not more active on here, I’ve been kinda art blocking REALLY HARD and have been honestly overwhelmed for... A few months now? Most of 2017 *~*’’ BUT I do wanna get back into the swing of things!!

HOWEVER- I am interested in doing something similar to Alaina with this blog!

I DO have a comic I’m brainstorming for- And I do want Bubblegum as an original character there. So I’m probably going to be creating two different verses for this blog!!

PARASITE VERSE: Same old same old, Bubblebutt is a fresh parasite, y’kno the drill! Nothing really changes here.

SKELETON VERSE: A normal, totally organic skeleton Bubblegum. I’m still trying to force my brain to CO-OPERATE and THINK OF IDEAS without getting STRESSED, but- In this verse, Bubble is NOT a parasite- Think of her as a totally original character here! 

The two verses won’t overlap, most likely- And I have to think of a non-spoilery way to explain most of Bubble’s actions, buuut- Yea, this is eventually what I wanna do!!

Hey Gummy! Random question. What kind of weddin' dress style do ya like? More belle-of-the-ball or more sexy, or you more the casual clothes/geekwear kind? Maybe ya never thought about it- a lot of girls do though. And besides- seems like ya might need it sooner or later.

So, your powers can transfer physical pain, can it also affect emotional and mental pain as well?

“Not exactly. 

My ability only works with physical wounds...I think.

I haven’t really tested it out that much.”

((OOC: Bubble can only transfer physical wounds- So nothing emotional/mental! It also means she can’t transfer diseases- Wounds CAUSED by diseases, yes- But the actual disease will still be there. So say if there’s a disease that causes painful rashes- She can transfer the rash, but... Chances are the person will just get a new rash, since the disease is still there. Kinda counter-productive.

She also can’t transfer things to do with the soul- That’s a touchy subject, and way too dangerous to even CONSIDER. It’s just... Not possible.

If she were to infect a human host, she’d be able to transfer internal wounds, too- But only to other humans. That’s where the species barrier comes in! ^_^))

Bubble froze- Well, that wasn’t something she’d expected him to pick up on. She hadn’t even noticed that she’d let that slip amidst her rambling... Damn it, she’d have to be way more careful. Zig seemed to be the observant type.

She opens her mouth to speak, struggling to find the right words, before shrugging and shifting in her seat uncomfortably. “...Yeah. I-It ain’t important though,” She mutters- this was clearly a topic for another day. “...They don’t teach me anymore.”

What was a good diversion topic-!? Games?! Anime!? The smaller glances around the room, desperately trying to think of something- “S-So uhh- You- You like watching people dance-??”

...Not the greatest she’d ever come up with, but it was better than dwelling on things better left in the past.

I've been noticing that a lot of the asks for Zigzag have been pretty positive, while Bubblegum gets so much negativity. I would just like to say that I think Bubblegum is awesome as well, and she has a very unique power, which is pretty cool, I haven't seen that anywhere.

Thank you, this is really sweet!! I actually had wound transference picked out a long time before I made her- I just needed a parasite TO use it!!

As for the negativity- I can probably say it’s because while Zig hides and gets nervous over it, Bubblegum bites back- She’s much easier to aggravate. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten an actual ask that’s from someone who DIDN’T like her- Overall she seems to be pretty well received, and I have a lot of fun with all those angsty asks! 

I’m hoping for a little streak of happier stuff for a small while- Too much angst can be boring, yo.
