Jason and Bruce are out late one night in Gotham as civilians. They get cornered by a mugger and Jason nearly pisses himself, he’s so amused. He teases the would-be mugger about their hand placement, even tries to goad the mugger into a fight because he’s Red Hood. He can disarm anyone in seconds. It doesn’t matter if you have a gun — he has two.
He’s Red Hood, and he has the literal Bat of Gotham standing behind him like a wall of muscle. They’re as close to invincible as humans get, in this town. And that kind of confidence scares off their would-be mugger.
But then Jason turns around, a smile stretching across his face, and Bruce is white. Bone white and so so quiet, eyes wide and trained on where the mugger had been standing.

A Blast of Sunshine.
Tomatoes! You'll have heard this before, but you really can grow a tomato from a shop packet. These are the little Piccolo Tomatoes from Aldi. Grab a tomato, cut it a few times, plant that in compost or whatever, and water. These have been in the polygreenhouse and now, 3 weeks to a month later, the tallest are about six inches.
Why not try growing these at home, even as a houseplant?

What's everyone's favourite flowers that aren't like. The normal ones. Like everyone's a fan of roses and sunflowers what's a more niche one. One you don't get in gift sets. Mine's sweet peas
Haemanthus deformis
This is the very first time this wonderful bulb has flowered for us here at the Ruth Bancroft Garden. The flower has that "white paint-brush with the tips dipped in yellow paint" look, much like the flowers of the more commonly seen Haemanthus albiflos, but that species has much smaller leaves and forms clumps, plus its flowers rise well above the foliage. The extremely wide and thick leaves of H. deformis give it a special appeal. Haemanthus is a genus in the Amaryllis Family, and H. deformis comes from South Africa - home to a staggering number of bulbs (more species than any other country in the world).
