So I mentioned a Savarog Siblings backstory idea. Well, I've started planning it out. Have these pieces I did for a 10 - or 12 year old Freki and a 6 - or 8 year old Skadi. Ignore how Skadi's prosthetic is on the wrong leg. I very much forgot to look at my references when I got in the zone.

Imagine setting Elita-1 to be the Prime just for her arc to be about "she's not worthy" and framing that to be "break the status quo". It's still repackaged misogynistic writing that made itself to be "progressive" toward female characters.

I'm sorry but so far, the fucking narrative still made Optimus Prime, a male character, a worthy Prime and unless Kirkman can prove himself to not be a weirdo toward female characters to actually make Elita Prime later became worthy of the Prime title, I still don't view Elita Prime or even Arcee Magnus as some true break throughs in Transformers stories.

Ok, this might be funny given that as the Skadi rp'er Freki and Skadi have a pretty good relationship. But I love their implied distant relationship in canon, I keep looking at their designs and I just need to know "what the fuck is up with you? What happened to you guys? What's your story?"

If season 2 won't answer me, I'll just start making it up. I'm a swede. It's my right to get obsessed with vaguely Nordic characters even if they've also got Slavic hints. I'll make it properly angsty.

You know everyone points out the first real friendship moment for Skadi and Key was him encouraging her after the pressure started getting to her, but I realized the real first moment was actually way earlier when Key crashing into a refreshment table going for one of Skadi's redirects distracted everyone from the fact she kicked that ball waaaaaay out of bounds.

Like look at her reaction:

She knows man. She knows she fucked that kick up bad and Key's sleep deprived ass is the only reason no one noticed.
