Introduction

Hi there!

This is a sideblog for @911buddieweek that focuses on the casual bingo events/challenges I host/post. Originally I posted the Buddie AU Bingo on the Buddie Week blog, but now that I keep getting fun ideas for bingo cards, I decided to seperate it into this account so that I can focus on Buddie Week with the other

What do I mean with casual?

While some might have themes that are associated with limited time, the AO3 collections will be open forever. Meaning that even if a card is focused on summer, you can post fics for it in the winter. Or if a card takes place during season 8 and 9, you can post in 5 years from now. Whenever you want!

It is also not required to do everything. If you only write one for a card that's already amazing! There are no prizes if you have Bingo (aside from a shout-out post, for which you can send your bingo card to me in DMs, bingos are the regular rules, horizontal, vertical, diagonal, or full card.)

So basically, no deadlines, no requirements (other than the standard rules.

What are the standard rules?

Buddie focused or Buddie endgame (outsider POV is allowed, no worries. So are other main ships like Bathena etc)

No AI!

No bashing of Buck, Eddie, Bobby, Athena, Chimney, Hen, Karen, May, Maddie, Ravi, Christopher. It's ok if you post those outside of the event, but please do not write FOR these events.

No discrimination. This does NOT mean it can't be a topic, mentioned, or happening to a character in the fic. This DOES mean that YOU cannot write discriminating stuff and add it to the AO3 collection.

Tag accordingly! Preferably no use of 'creator chose not to use warnings', though that's more a request rather than a rule. ALWAYS tag warnings or add warnings in the notes.

No abuse of any kind or incest between the main group (the ones mentioned in the no bashing rule)

It’s pretty thready; I think we might need another ambulance.” Buck and Eddie go to Nashville for the Firefighter Games, but Ryan and Blue refuse to lose to a couple of firefighters from out of town.

Reaching for his radio, Eddie says, "Cap. We need to know what we're dealing with." There's a crackle of static before Chimney answers. "It's a facil- re-ing arou-al. The -asm and-" "Can you repeat that Chim?" Eddie asks slowly. "You're cutting out down here." The phone on the wall rings and Buck's panting, eyes glazed. Eddie feels a surge of anger that's unusual, both on the job and directed at Buck. His best friend annoys Eddie sometimes but he never makes Eddie feel near homicidal rage. Snappishly, Eddie mutters, "I'll answer it shall I?" Eddie stalks across the room, undoing his turnout coat as he goes because he feels sweat dripping down his back, even in the air conditioned room. Yanking the phone up, Eddie growls, "what?" "Eddie?" It's Chim. "The facility is researching the link between aggression and arousal. They're giving patients doses and some people feel homicidal and others-" Eddie looks at Buck. He's got a hand pressed to his crotch, face screwed up. "-Horny," Chim finishes. *** Eddie and Buck get trapped in a lab, doused in some experimental fluid that makes them need to orgasm or risk cardiac arrest.

Chain Reaction

"What's going on?" Buck asks, quietly as he sidles in close to Eddie. Sighing, Eddie rubs at his brow, trying to put the already forming headache at bay. "Chris is apparently being bullied at his new school," Eddie begins. As Buck's face starts to advertise every thought and question, Eddie holds up a hand. "He dealt with it." "How?" Buck whispers, aware of Chris in the living room. "By telling them he learnt some stuff from his dads." Eddie gestures to himself, "boxing from me, and-" he exhales loudly, pointing at Buck, "-self-defense from you." Buck's eyes get wide, mouth dropping open, and cheeks a shade of red that's not dissimilar to his birthmark. Nodding, Eddie grimaces as he silently assures Buck this is actually happening. "Surprisingly the kids wanted proof." "Did he punch someone?" Buck hisses. A snort of laughter escapes Eddie before he can stop it. "Fuck," he mutters, head falling back, "that would have been better." *** Christopher makes a comment at school that has repercussions for Eddie. And Buck.

A zoo visit during a heatwave is maybe not the best idea, though. Or, Buck becomes a lobster.

For the first time since they got kicked out of the gym, months ago, Eddie’s armpits are clear of bite marks and bruises. And he hates it, the repulsion he feels is ridiculous because Eddie’s never really looked too deeply at his underarms and now that they’re blemish free, not wearing Buck’s marks, Eddie is disgusted at the unbroken, unmarred skin. Instead of saying anything to Buck, Eddie takes to wearing as many sleeveless shirts and vests around Buck as he can. He gets sweaty too. Goes for a run in the morning and comes home wet with sweat, Buck just pecks him on the lips as he heads to the kitchen to make breakfast. At work, Eddie sits on the bench press and lifts his arm, showing over his sweaty armpit, legs straddling the leather seat, cock practically on display in his loose shorts for Buck’s mouth. But Buck turns away and talks to Ravi. His face doesn’t even get red. Eddie is officially going insane. *** Eddie's armpits haven't been touched by Buck's teeth and tongue in too long. He doesn't like it.

Pairing: Eddie Diaz/Evan Buckley Rating: Explicit Word count: 12K Summary: S09 E07 Secrets Canon Divergence, where Buck says yes to a threesome, and Eddie tries to come to terms with how his and Buck's relationship has changed ever since he returned from El Paso.

They don’t do the easy drop-ins anymore. Eddie doesn’t find Buck half-asleep on his couch or rummaging through the fridge or baking up loaves of bread like he owns the place. He doesn’t show up at Eddie’s door with takeout and a grin like he belongs there. Eddie doesn’t go over to Buck’s much either —doesn’t know when that started exactly. When they hang out, there’s usually Ravi in the mix. The kid’s smart and earnest and too good at pretending he isn’t paying attention. Eddie likes Ravi. He really does. But he can’t help resenting him just a little. He can’t help the small, selfish sting of it.  Like Buck needs a buffer now.  Like being alone together is something to be avoided. And, fuck. Eddie misses Buck.

A Prince for Christmas

Buddie | Rated T | 31k | Royalty AU | previously known as my Christmas AU @buddie-bingo-events Buddie AU Bingo: Royalty, meet cute

Army veteran Eddie has only been back to the states for about a year and is working at his best friend Hen's bakery until he figures out what to do next. This year he also takes over for Abuela with coaching the children's choir for their Christmas recital.

Crown Prince Evan has purposely never lived up to his parents' expectations, having been born to replace his dead brother as an heir. He'd much rather follow his passion: music. As a punishment for his disinterest in royal policies and duties, his parents send him and his bodyguard Chimney to New York to help out a charity event and introduce himself to the world as the future king, hoping it would set him straight.

When Hen gets a last-minute opportunity to bake for a big international event raising money and toys for children this Christmas, Eddie is tasked to safely bring samples to the chef in charge, only to walk into Buck. Literally.

To make up for the sugary disaster, Buck agrees to fill in as the children's choir's pianist while they prepare for the Christmas recital. He takes advantage of Eddie not knowing who he is, finally able to be himself, but it seems that Santa has some tricks up his sleeve to keep things interesting...
