According to the plan of Reliance Jio, a few days ago the company got the new ‘All-in-One’ prepaid plans with improved prices. According to a declaration made by the telco, they would offer the customers, additional benefits of up to 300 percent. But the plans cost to the customers about 40 percent more over the cost given earlier. Although, the customers can gain their Jio connections with older plans by applying a tariff protection feature.
First of all the customer need to log in to the Jio account with the help of the Jio.com website, in order to get the old plans of Jio. After that you will get setting gear just near the text box with your Jio number, you have to click that gear. Now you will see a Tariff protection option shown by the website on the right side. Just click the option and you will get the record of old Jio prepaid plans. You can choose the right one for you by clicking the buy button.

The Jio users without any active plans would only get tariff protection. The customers having an active plan running on their connection won’t get the facility of the old plan. That is the main reason that it was difficult to verify the older plans were whether available or not.
