hi folks! not even sure why i’m here anymore, but here goes. i was just doing some yardwork out back, and my neighbor pops his head over the fence, like pic related, and says “look! i’m winslow!” “winslow? you mean winston, dumbass.” “winston, my bad.” *mutual friend pops his head over* “it’s WILSON!”

it was a cool moment, neighbor even popped his toddler up over the fence to say hi, my dog jumped up to say to the toddler, risking life and limb because that part of the fence is the part of the yard where i throw refuse, including cacti.

what i’m wondering, is tumblr’s main demographic too young to understand the pop culture reference of this post, or is tumblr so passe that only old school people are still left?
