As a postgrad, nothing is more humbling than seeing social media posts about struggling to study and pulling all nighters bc those posts don’t feel relatable anymore, they feel nostalgic.

Now I pull “all mornings” trying to get through to the government to find out if my taxes have been filed correctly and if my employer is contributing to my pension.

I miss the essays.

I love when people like that enter and exit your life on good terms. It like I understand we’ve come apart now, but all I have is love and fondness for you. I miss you peacefully. I don’t remember, I reminisce. I don’t ache to see you again but if I did I would feel nothing but happiness to know you’re doing okay.
