The allegations against Joss Whedon seem overstated to me. It may have some basis in truth, in the sense joss when can be mean and is not a saint, yet it feels too harsh to me. Joss Whedon created the series of Buffy.... Which is a feminist and empowering show.. His vision was very specific, and he isn’t known for being a saint, these allegations feel like far overstated to me. I felt the claims made by his wife were also unfair. Buffy and Firefly were created by Joss Whedon and have a very uplifting message about supporting the underdog and not giving up... In these shows, Joss Whedon creates a more uplifting message than most stories bother to do...
