when im regressed ill type using baby talk sometimes and my words will most likely be misspelled . when im 6 and below ill occasionally talk in 3rd person :>
when im regressed im also very vulnerable and very sensitive . i also have a hard time expressing my emotions and might be a little closed off . its also common for me to be upset when i regress because i tend to think of my childhood trauma and think im a burden to take care of . i also get more clingy and dependent as well . please be patient and feel free to ask questions ^^
