Author's Note: I had two asks for Primis Nikolai at the same time. To the other Anon that requested this, these are for you!

I'm unsure whether you wanted Primis or Ultimis Richtofen, so I did both :)
2.0 (Primis)
His younger self is much more open to affection, though perhaps not in front of anyone... It's very easy to fluster him if you so much as kiss his cheek in front of the others.
Hugs are so comforting for him, whether it be giving or receiving as surpise embrace from you. The simple gesture of pulling you closer to him is so settling.
He has subtle ways of showing just how much he loves you. Typically it's light touches you receive. Quite often he walks by you and brushes his hand over yours, letting his touch linger for a moment. You'll usually catch an endearing smile on his face when he does this.
When he is ultimately comfortable with you, he speaks a lot in his native tongue. It's great if you can speak German, because he then feels a much stronger connection to you. If you don't speak or know much of his language, he gives you endearing nicknames in his native tongue and will tell you what they mean. It might even fluster you when you hear him call you a sweet nickname for the first time. It'll be so unexpected, but it's utterly heartfelt.
He really fumbles over his words sometimes. He's utterly in awe when it comes to you, and he forever will be. Occasionally he writes a little love poem, in hopes to better express is love for you, but his nervousness gets he best of him and he scraps them in fear that you won't like them... He results in giving you extra kisses on those days.
1.0 (Ultimis)
One moment Richtofen can be clingy, then the next minute he rejects all affection. His older self is more likely to slink away from hugs, where as his younger self will never give up a chance to cuddle you.
Compared to his younger self, he's not subtle at all when it comes to displaying affection. It's either a random hug or perhaps a kiss that will sweep you off your feet, or nothing at all. There really is no in-between with him.
If you're a very affectionate person, it will ultimately make him much more affectionate after a while. You just have to break his tough shell first, and then you'll see a completely different side of him.
His loving is quite cheeky. He pushes limits sometimes, and teases you like crazy. If you're the type to giggle and squeal at his teasing, you'll only encourage him to do it again.
You are his pride and joy; his one and only. Once he is completely settled with you, it can almost seem a little surreal. You see a loving side of him; a side that he didn't know he had. You're his favourite person, and goodness knows he will show and tell just how much you mean to him.
Author's Note: I didn't want to spiral too dark with these, but let's be real, it could definitely go darker with Ultimis Richtofen...

Richtofen's immediate reaction is shock and panic. He'd freeze. Like deer-in-headlights freeze. Not because he doesn't want it, but because the idea of children, of a future, feels impossible for somone who sees himself as a monster. He'd mumble things, in his native tongue, like: "Kids... with me? Ach, no, no, you do not know what you're asking..."
But deep down he wants it badly. The thought of a family, of something soft and pure, secretly makes his heart ache. He craves that kind of love and stability, but he doesn't believe he deserves it.
Then the guilt floods in... Richtofen would start listing all the reasons it's a bad idea. His cursed bloodline, his actions, the wars... He believes he'll curse them.
But with his S/O's reassurance, they can crack his walls. If they counter with genuine love (telling him they want his children, they trust him, they want a family with him no matter what), his whole facade would crumble. He'd tear up. The kind of raw trembling emotion he rarely lets out.
After the idea settles in, Richtofen would start imagining it when you're not looking. He'd picture his S/O in a quiet little cottage far away from the chaos, with children tugging on their clothes, and he's smile faintly before shaking it off like it's a forbidden thought.
He'll start jotting down baby names in his journal when he's alone. Half in German, Half in whatever names his partner like. If they ever caught him, he'd get furious out of embarrassment, like a kid caught doing something "uncool".
Once he truly accepts the idea, it awakens something feral in him. He'd become obsessively protective, determined to shield them and their future children from everything. The man who sacrifices himself for everyone else would finally want to live for himself and his family.

General Details
He has a slender build but strong forearms, agile legs, surprising endurance. Majority of his body is very lean muscle, almost wiry.
Richtofen has lower weight due to less bulk, but high density in his forearms and back. The muscles in his arms are very defined from years of delicate work.
His waist is narrower than the others; he's built like a predator, not a soldier. His weight generally sits in his forearms, upper back, shoulders, and legs (which is very long, defined muscle)
He has larger, but thinner hands. His fingers are long, quite elegant looking when using surgical tools.
Skin & Texture
His skin is surprisingly soft, except for his hands. His finger pads are calloused from surgical tools and triggers. His hands are also covered in tiny scars, burns, and chemical marks.
Richtofen has a few faded surgical scars on his arms and chest, and one very faint slash scar across his lower neck. His most prominent scar is the one under his eye.
His body temperature is generally very cool. His hands are always cold to the touch from being exposed most of the time. He definitely feels the cold the most out of the group.
He doesn't have a lot of body hair, but where he does, it's dark. It's most noticable on his forearms, trail on his stomach, and legs. It's not very rough. It's quite fine hair surprisingly.
He typically has some form of ink stain on his hands, or writing in general, from when he takes notes or draws diagrams.
Posture & Movement
His movements are quick, precise, sometimes unpredicatable with sudden bursts of energy.
Richtofen moves nearly silently. He could step over gravel and not make a sound. He often frightens people without meaning to because of how lightly he walks.
He stands slightly bent when thinking, but straightens when serious. When he does this, he looks shockingly commanding. He also tilts his head when observing something, especially you.
He's also very flexible, with very quick reflexes. Somewhat double-jointed, can bend a lot further than the others.
Random/Bonus Details
Despite him being lighter, if her were to drop his weight on you, even slightly, he can fully pin you without trying.
He looks tired often, but in an attractive, intense way.
Richtofen gets this tiny smirk when he figures something out.
He wipes his hands on his shirt, or pants even when they're clean.
He'll pace when he's deep in thought; fast, sharp, controlled.
