i hate when people mischaracterize Shigaraki as "born evil" when the whole point of him being such a tragedy is the fact he's a good person at heart who was forced to become a villain through abuse and grooming by AFO. that's literally his entire character. he wanted to become a hero. he loved the league. he wanted to save others who experienced what he experienced. AFO literally stole his original quirk so Shigaraki could fit his agenda. he put Shigaraki in situations so that he would "never forget his hatred", yet it was all calculated from the start. if it wasn't for AFO, Shigaraki probably would have been a wonderful hero.
