i need someone to yap about the gachiakuta manga with. because so far Enjin is my favorite character and I'm rereading the manga. but with the recent chapters, confirmed information, theories, and the amount of secrets he has... he's suspicious asf. like I don't think he's gonna be an evil or malicious character but I feel like something deeper is up. but I have no one to talk to bc my bf is an anime only watcher and I'm deep in the manga rn

I feel like when Midoriya saved Aizawa and said the worst thing would be losing him, the reason he looked so shocked was because it was the first time anyone said out loud that they cared for him so bluntly. he's always thought he was useless, had low self esteem, and probably thought he didn't have much of an impact on people.

The “draw” of AI doesn’t work on me for the same reason that the Ring couldn’t tempt Samwise. Because I LIKE to write. I like to make things, I like the process of making things, instead of just the end result.

the most satisfying part is watching the progress, learning new things every time you work on it, and then looking at the end result thinking "yeah!! I did that. i accomplished something!!"

GACHIAKUTA MANGA SPOILERS BELOW

something I really love about Kei Urana's writing is she's not afraid of foreshadowing and dropping hints. i saw the theories about Enjin and the clock months ago. I even revisited one of the theories on reddit from 8 months ago and they were DEAD ON. it feels refreshing and super fun to be able to theorize and analyze with the fandom about this and that. i feel like sometimes with other stories the authors try to hide the plot twist so hard it makes the story confusing. not only that but sooo many theories sound possible that it's hard to pick exactly which one you believe 100%. gachiakuta gives the reader an answer and then a million questions to follow it. you're always wondering what's gonna happen next and connecting the pieces. it's also super satisfying to see which ones were true.

i have a love hate relationship with being a writer bc I have so many ideas for fanfics or one shots and then it takes me AGES to actually execute them. i have a Toga x Reader request, currently writing both chapter SIX and SEVEN of Here Without You because of inspiration overload but no desire to finish, the whole plot idea of an Aizawa x Reader fanfic that I wanna call Get His Attention, and NOW I just got the brilliant idea of a fanfic with Enjin from Gachiakuta. Meanwhile I had like 20 unfinished brilliant one-shots sitting in my drafts. plus the million other hobbies I love to do like draw, read, fish keeping, embroidery, collecting, learning Spanish, and more I'm probably not even remembering
