New theme!! âš I went all out and chose to do a nice old vintage blue theme for December (I know I already sorta done vintage but I just really love vintageđ). Vintage is actually a theme that doesnât require too much fancy stationery to do? You just need scraps of paper (+ points for stuff with writing), stamps/tags/tickets, and umm⊠anything under the sun, really! âïžđŠ
ăQuick tip: Do things because you want to. Donât do something only for the sake of pleasing others. âïž ă

why is academia,,,,, like that
hot take: if the only people who can understand your writing are a select few pretentious jerkoffs like yourself, maybe the problem isnât that youâre just too fucking smart to communicate to the uneducated masses. maybe youâre like. a bad writer lol
like uhhh not be controversial but if the point of academic writing is to share information and 75% of your readers have no fucking clue what youâre saying around that thesaurus youâre deepthroating then uhhh maybe youâre a shit academic and also a lot less intelligent than you think you are. just a concept

Weekly Spreads: A Guide and Inspiration Post
This post is for you who have just started a bullet journal or consider starting one, and have no idea how to get a weekly spread to work. And, this post is for you who have had a bullet journal for ages and feel empty for ideas for next weeks spread.
This was initially just supposed to be spread and decoration ideas, but hereâs just a little guide anyway:
How does a weekly spread work/Why even have one?
Compared to a monthly spread, this is where you write smaller daily tasks, weekly goals etc, thatâs too specific for the monthly calendar.
You can make it fill out a whole spread or just one page per week, this depends on how much you want to write down every day, and how much you want to decorate it.
You can make it as artsy as you want and as simple as you want. (this guide is aimed at pretty artsy weekly spreads)
The main idea is to help you plan your week, get things done, get an overview etc.Â
I use my bullet journal as a diary too, and therefore I make space to both tasks and writing in my weekly spreads, but you donât have to do that.
How I make my weekly spreads
first, I choose a theme. Itâs often inspired by something happening in my life atm, something Iâve seen, read, experienced etc. You donât have to choose a theme or even a colour if you just want your weekly spreads to be functional (!!!). I choose a theme bc, one, it makes it easier to fill out an entire spread, two, itâs pretty, three, itâs fun. You can see a lot of spread ideas if you scroll a bit :)
Then, I work with that specific theme. Think of this as a brainstorm-thing. I find a quote/a couple quotes that match the theme, think of drawings that could fit, find washi tape/stickers in the right colours, and everything else I want to be incorporated into the spread. If you scroll a bit more, u can see ideas to what these things might be :)
Now, I sit down at my desk, find everything I need, make a cup of coffee and start the music! With all the things I need, I begin to plan how the layout should be. I sketch it all out with a pencil first. If you donât know how to layout I suggest just trying something out and searching for inspiration online (thereâs so much!!) If you scroll to the end of this post, I will also tag some Tumblr folks you could check out. I could begin talking about layout myself, but I think that will need a post for itself (this is long enough as it is).
When I have decorated the spread the way I want to, I fill it up with the tasks and events Iâll have to remember, and then itâs all set!

January monthly spread + a tumblr post I liked enough to write down lmao
For this month I decided to go with a primary color theme⊠lots of blues, yellows and reds! This is my first time doing a collage style spread and I have to say I LOVE it so much that Iâve already started making February (lmao).
My flatmate is on wellbeing committee at my uni and she asked me if I would host a bullet journal workshop during refreshers! Iâm a bit afraid of speaking in front of people I donât know, but also a bit excited as Iâve never done something like that before.
Week 02/30
Itâs really hard to get back to work after slacking off for a while. But still I managed to push myself and get some work done and also go to school even when all I wanted to do was crawl under the sheets and sleep for a hundred yearsđ
