Hello ! Stella back at it with the graphic commissions !
I currently do not have a job so I am MORE than willing to do commissions . These can range from THEME BACKGROUNDS, ICON PSDS, PROMOS, MOBILE BANNERS, ETC.
All that would be required is OFFICIAL MATERIAL / YOUR OWN ART / ART YOU HAVE EXPLICIT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE ARTIST TO USE ( I will ask to view the written permission ). If you commission a theme background, I will ask for your screen resolution as well.
In order for me to help make your commission to your satisfaction, expect me to be communicating with you about aesthetics, characters, WIPs, etc so you can tell me if you need adjustments and tweaking; especially if I am unfamiliar with the character and source material. Also please keep in mind that in you WILL have to have some knowledge of contained themes if you commission a theme background !
If I am not given materials within ONE WEEK of contact, you will be taken off the list. However, once slots are back open, I will re-contact you to see if you still have interest.
I also require payment after all the details and materials are given but BEFORE I start the commission ( aka payment up front ). However, if I am unable to complete the commission, I will give you a full refund.

BUNDLE PACKAGE ( Icon PSD, promo OR mobile header, AND theme background ) - $38 USD
