Hey guys, this is Jake! I’ve had a whole bunch of people saying that they’ve seen his head on other blogs but nobody’s been linking to it. Well, I’m going to do that here because, let me tell you, this head will take you from creepy to cute in 4 seconds. Not even 4 seconds. But we’ll call it 4 in case you want to change the skin or the effects.
So what about those skins? The Bebe Boy Mesh Head from Bad Seed comes with 4 built-in skins. The skins apply to the head but also to the whole Toddleedoo body.
It also has 7 tattoos that you can apply to each of those 4 skins. If 7 aren’t enough for you though, there are a ton more appliers in the Bad Seed store.
Because the mesh head isn’t compatible with your normal eyes*, it includes 13 pretty fantastic eyes in the HUD, but there are more available in the Bad Seed store.
Guess how many hairbases there are. Guess! FIFTEEN! And they’re awesome. I tried them with about five different hairs and they matched 3 of them almost perfectly (I couldn’t tell the difference, but I don’t like calling things perfect unless it really -is-) and the other two it was only a minute difference.
I haven’t found a reason to use the alphas yet, but there are a lot of options on that front, too.
Three heads come in your purchase - a basic head, the ‘teeth’ head (first two images here) and a pout head (last image).
Overall, I wouldn’t consider making a kid avatar without one of these heads.
This is the male version, but there are several other versions in store and, based on the demo, they all seem to be of the same exceptional quality.
* Okay, it’s technically compatible, but I’ve found it tricky and the end result never looked as good as the built-in ones.
