Got back into my regular routine this week after a week of feeling awful, I love working out sm and it makes me happy and relives anxiety like win win!!!
One week of school , 4 exams then its over and I am free !!

I feel a little better after working out my body fat tbh but I still hate how i look ,,, Ill forever be disgusted until I transition
changing my goal to lose 10kg instead of 15kg cus that would mean trying to lose muscle as well and thats like much harder i swear
All my friends are like max 55kg , and two of them are basically my height , its so fucking exhausting being the obese ugly tranny in the group I have to lose 15kg before group holiday or I will have the worst time of my life.
Im gunna freaking explode rn,, ive been sticking to my diet/calories but i guess not, even though visually i could see weight loss like around my wrists and hands, Ive only lost a barely a kg since starting :/ ????
64kg like a fucking fatty ,, proms in a little over a month I have to lose at least 5kg please. On a 900cal deficit Im meant to lose a kg a week but no i cant do anything right. FML

My plan for a levels - while losing weight preprom
stick to diet!!
Priorities = Fibre, consistent exercise, losing water weight/retention, eat less sugars and get more electrolytes.
Take my supplements ( magnesium and omega 3) everyday! 15-20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Read flashcards and notes before bed every night, alternate subject each night. At least one timed essay per subject a day, make lots of essay plans too.
Get 8-7 hrs of sleep a day, max an hr of tiktok and Insta a day.
Revise outside to limit distractions/procrastination.
