Haku was done for the day and it's his birthday today so he's gonna go to his lover's room who suspiciously hadn't greeted him yet...what are they up to now?
While haku was getting ready to leave when suddenly Subaru entered looking very apologetic...
"Haku-kun...I know it's your birthday today but I'm really piled on documents..if you could please help meโoh wait, you might already have plans I'm so sorry!"
Just as Subaru was about to leave haku stopped him and agreed to do some few extra works...maybe his lover wouldn't mind seeing as they still haven't greeted him yet
It's now been an hour and half since haku agreed to do the paperworks and he's almost done now...maybe he should shower first before teasing his lover a bit for forgetting his birthday

Haku picked up his pace to finish his work done because his lover still hadn't greeted him and now the thought of mc forgetting his birthday is chipping at him
When haku finished he immediately prepared to leave to walk to his room and get changed to go to mc
When haku came to open his room he was surprised to be greeted by his lover who was grinning ear to ear
"Happy birthday haku!" You said presenting him the cake with a big smile on your face
You saw the shock and relief the overcomes him
"So that was the plan? Get me tired and make me doubt you?" Haku said now smirking and walking close
"Well did it work?" You said looking up to him hopefully
"It did" haku agrees and leaned down to kiss you on your forehead "I thought you forgot"
"I could never! Now make a wish and blow the candle! It'll melt on the cake" you said offering the cake to him
Haku looked down at the cake before smiling softly, he closed his eyes and then blew the cake, once he opened his eyes again he looked at you tenderly
"I baked it! Forgive the lack of artistry" you said laughing a little
"Ah so that's why it looks like that?" Haku said teasingly looking at the cake
"Hey it looks just fine!" You protested
"And you said yourself" haku bickered
"And you're supposed to disagree and said that my cake looks good!" You said glaring at him jokingly
"Well the one who made is cute...the product is debatable"
You blushed at his sudden compliment.... seriously this guy knows how to disarm you with just a few words
"Whatever let's eat" you said putties the cake down and now looking at him, hiding your blush

It's a beautiful day today, the sun shines brightly, you didn't have any mission, no one is bothering you and on top of that you didn't have classes!
"BOO!!" you train of thoughts suddenly stopped when you looked down at the bench and saw peekaboo....all alone, why is he alone?
You picked peekaboo up "what are you doing here all alone buddy?" You asked peekaboo and the little creature just looked at you furiously...he seemed angry
You looked around for a certain ghoul but he wasn't around and then you suddenly remembered that he was out today and he had found a last minute babysitter for peekaboo!...did that person just leave peekaboo here?
"Did your babysitter left you here?" You asked looking concerned
"boo! boo!" Peekaboo said, seems like you were right
You looked around one more time hoping to find the babysitter but to no avail you couldn't see anyone looking for peekaboo, you looked at peekaboo and asked
"Want to come with me until haru's home?" You said smiling at the little creature
"Boo!!" Peekaboo said...and it seems like he's also smiling!
You carried peekaboo and started walking around with him in your arms, you and peekaboo spends an hour walking around the whole campus, sometimes peekaboo is interacting with the working cats
As you were getting tired you decided to go home and just tell haru to pick peekaboo at your dorm...the moment you got home and played with peekaboo.
After sometime peekaboo was starting to get tired so you laid the little creature in your bed while you laid besides him, while you were petting peekaboo to sleep, you yourself accidentally fell asleep and forgot to message haru...
Haru suddenly got a last minute mission and was scrambling to find someone to care for peekaboo, fortunately he found a willing to help dionisya student! Haru reminded the person about when time to eat and take naps with peekaboo before scrambling away
After a few hours haru was finally done with his mini mission! Haru immediately went on the Galaxy express, when he arrived he immediately looked for the babysitter ready to be greeted by peekaboo who's probably missing him so much right now...he thinks
When he did find the person he was puzzled to see them panicking with no peekaboo around, now he didn't want to jump into conclusion but did they lost peekaboo?!
Haru immediately asked the person "helloo!! Where's peekaboo?" Haru asks as normal as possible
The person Infront of him looked horrified, they bowed down immediately
"I'm so sorry haru-san! I lost peekaboo! I got a little distracted and left him on a bench and when I come back an hour later he was gone! I'm so sorry!" The person rambles past, panicking, afraid what might happen to him but haru didn't have time for any of this his son was lost!
Haru was also panicking, his mouth going faster than his mouth asking where they left peekaboo, coming there asking people around if they had seen the creature and everyone said no...haru was getting scared and then...taiga!
Taiga came into haru's mind, he was now spiriling more than ever, what if taiga had eaten his little baby! Haru rushed immediately to sinostora looking for taiga and when he found the said person was sleeping
Haru grabbed a pillow before hitting taiga in the face, taiga stirs awake thinking it was lulu waking him up until he sees haru
"Whaddya what harry?"ย ย Taiga asks turning around
"Have you seen peekaboo?!" Haru asks, still panicking
"Peekaboo... who's that?" Taiga asks confused
"You know peekaboo! The white one I carry with me!"
Taiga thought for a while before saying "ahh..that one! No I haven't seen it...why are you giving it to me to eat?" Taiga said licking his lips
"eek! No!" Haru said before running out of sinostora...where was peekaboo, had something happened to him?
Haru was still asking around hoping that someone could tell him where peekaboo was untila student told him that they had seen that creature with the honor student
Haru immediately run towards your dorm before knocking a few times
"WAIT!!!"ย ย You said shouting from the inside, irritated as you got woken up from your nap
When you opened the door, a panicking haru greets you who was looking at you and behind you
"Where's peekaboo?" Haru asks
"Oh he's sleeping right now....did I not tell you that?" You said looking at him confused and apologetically
"NO!!" Haru's face finally came to a relief, he finally found his baby!!! Haru asked if he could come inside and you let him and lead him to your bedroom
Haru entered your bedroom and sees peekaboo sleeping soundly, he let out a sigh and his body finally relax, peekaboo is safe, haru wanted to pet the little creature but was afraid to wake him so he just sat on the sofa Infront of the chair
Following haru inside, you watched as the exhaustion slowly took over his body while he sat down
You sat besides before tapping his shoulder to get his attention
"I'm sorry haru, I was going to text you but I kinda got lost in the moment with peekaboo..." You said looking at him apologetically
Haru flashes you a smile "it's fine!! I'm just glad that it's you who found him"
Tho haru had already forgiven you, you still felt bad and haru just assures you with his charming smile

While waiting for the food you two chatted and when he was about to get the food, Leo suddenly enters your brain but it wasn't you simping, it was you comparing, Leo was almost never like this
Most of the time it was you who did everything and he'd give everyone his sociala if they asked....Jo is exactly the opposite....you tapped yourself awake out of your thoughts
"What are you thinking about?! Of course Leo would give his socials he's an influencer and ....and" before you could finish your train of thoughts it was cut of by Jo
"Cutie? What's got you so occupied? Mind telling me?"
"Ahh nothing, I was just lost in my head, are we gonna head back?"

But it has been weeks! Why haven't you kissed the ground he walked on? Baked him the cookies and make excuses for everything he does! He was gonna confront you but then he saw with him again
Happier, he never you saw you smile like that, Leo walked towards you the moment Jo steps away
"Honor roll, what have you been up to? I have been messaging you!" Leo assumed you were gonna plead and ask for forgiveness instead you were looking at him confusedly and...calmly?

"Busy about what dating that captain?" Leo was once again sure you were gonna say no but instead you hid yourself in your hands, blood rushing to your face

Have you truly moved on? That can't be it, Leo spent the whole week trying to get you back on his side but no matter what he does, he just can't, he tried to give you flowers but you already have enough, asked you out to date but you already had one...
"Why am I even trying to get her back?! She's just an NPC!" Leo said frustratingly in the garage

Outside Leo was laughing whether it be out of bitterness or something less, walking away, Leo only had one thing in his mind
