Slowly opening his eyes, Takuya groaned at the bright light, and then coughed when he accidentally inhaled dry sand. How he got near sand, he had no idea. The last thing he remembered was getting lost again looking for his apartment, and then nothing.
The first thing that he saw was sand. Miles and miles of it. The second thing was a set of train tracks gleaming in the bright sun, and that was enough to let him know where he was.
"Son of a bitch!" He smacked his palm onto the ground with frustration before pushing himself up. Moving his arm up above his head to block the sun's light, he looked left and right down the tracks. "Okay lets go...that way." He pointed to the right and then started following the tracks.
His D-Tector beeped, but he ignored it, not wanting to have a conversation with the spirits that were within. He'd be fine, saving Agnimon for when he really needed him, but there was no way in hell he was letting Vritramon take over. Not after last time.
"God, I hate this world."
