I know I’m late to the party but Moana is so fantastic. The hero’s journey of a teenage girl of color (who is voiced by a teenage girl of color!) with a soundtrack by Lin Miranda and no perfunctory romance?! Oh okay, that’s not a tiny revolution or anything. I’ve been listening to the soundtrack and crying for the past four days because I’m VERY cool and have a LOT of chill.

This is super random, but do you have any advice for someone interviewing with Anythink?

Well damn, it’s been a minute since I last logged on so I’m just seeing this. But in case it’s still helpful for anyone, I will say that the Anythink culture definitely values creativity, risk taking, and an openness to change, so maybe emphasize those qualities where applicable. And, as with most libraries, customer service is The Thing.
