Slowly easing off the affection she's gotten so dependent on. Touching her less often, covertly planting the idea that she's repulsive to a woman she loves and looks up to so much.
Responding to every "I love you" with, "Likewise" or worse, "Ehh. That's nice, dear..."
And when she's on the brink of giving up, when she's miserable for the weeks between compliments and physical touch, dropping a nonchalant "Oh you could actually look really beautiful with some rib work." while reading.
From that point on, only ever treating her with kindness and reassurance when she's expressing discontent with her body. After several weeks, waning her off of that as well.
And when she finally comes to me sobbing and desperately tells me about her idea that she should get her ribs remodelled, that she needs to get this surgery, of course I'll console her. Of course I'll offer to foot the bill and connect her to a plastic surgeon friend of mine.

I mean, my favorite fantasy mind control/tf thing was always the "subject made so suggestible that its own personal reality shifts with the suggestions" type stuff. Which like I'm so into it that it's hard for me to even describe the appeal. In general I like reality fuckery for tf but the question with it is always "how do you provide enough rules and structure to make a good story" and making it work like hypnosis is like. Such a perfect blend. Plus arbitrarily increasing a subject's suggestibility is hot... Get more suggestible. Get more suggestible. Get more suggestible. Get more suggestible. You agree. And also you agree so much that you're going to rewrite the parts of you that don't make sense with that agreement, and I'm going to sadistically watch as you justify changing yourself in the image of something I said on a whim. I think getting small little random tasks from mutuals is like.. my favorite thing. like.. "hey! heres your new wallpaper!" or "edge to this!" or "when you read this softly rub for 30 seconds" "pinch your nipples" etc etc
