Sorry to symptomspost on main <3 paranoia sux so much wow. Today a professor made a weird cruel joke at the expense of a really specific mental illness I have and my brain was like He Knows. He is specifically making fun of me in particular. And that was when I had to tell myself bro you are acting crazy. Shut up. But oh man it very much felt… specific. I started going through our interactions like could i have shown signs? Does he know? Is he making an accusation? He didn’t even look at me when he said it I’m literally just crazy ✌️ but what if he did and I didn’t see it………

PS I’m fine though this is just a vent. At this point in time, I have these feelings pretty well under control. It’s takes a lot of time and effort to learn to control these kinds of thoughts but it’s very very worth it. You control your mind, it does not control you, getting better is worth it even when it’s very hard and you sometimes slip into old thought patterns. You’re just playing the same boss over and over until it dies so go get some stronger gear
