why is ur art so different?

I try and change up my style from time to time.

I do this because you can’t really improve and evolve without trying new things. So I try different ways to ink and different ways to colour. I constantly try to do different views and perspectives (although I find perspectives quite hard)

I like to go back through my work and see what has worked for me and how I am improving.

(And if you are referring to the inktober posts I am limiting myself to a very small amount or time so they are very rough sketch style posts with textured monochromatic shading, which isn’t normally what I do, but I am hoping it gets me to be quicker at sketching as that is the part of the process that takes me the longest.
