gotta love the fandom's biggest mor anti saying they're worried about gwyn meeting the ic since they think mor will be a bitch to her if she finds out gwynriel has feelings for e/o ?? bc apparently she was a "huge bitch" to nesta when she found out nessian had feelings for e/o. they also "feel like" mor likes the fact that az has been pining for obsessed with her for 5 centuries even tho she's CLEARLY UNCOMFORTABLE w that in canon. and according to them, even tho mor doesn't want sad bat boi, she's an "attention whore" who will be mad that he likes someone else. why does this fandom hate queer women so much?
jesus christ i hate this fandom sometimes.
1. mor was never a “huge bitch” to nesta regarding anything. she tried to be welcoming when they were having dinner by complementing her on her clothes. nesta being nesta pushed her away and insulted her. i love nesta sfm, but she was horrible to mor, like she was horrible to a lot of people pre-acosf.
2. mor didn’t hate nesta for having feelings for cassian. tbh she was wary of nesta’s feelings because of how poorly she always treated cassian pre-acosf. she was being protective of her best friend because she loves cassian and only wants good things for him. if she trusted nesta not to hurt cassian she wouldn’t have given nesta a hard time when she was teaching her how to dance.
3. mor already knows gwyn. she was there when she was assaulted and lost her sister. why would she be a “huge bitch” to gwyn when she knows she’s healing from trauma and restarting her life?
4. mor is not an attention whore. she likes to have fun and dance and flirt, but that’s her finding joy in life because she was brought up in a horribly abusive environment where she was constantly treated like cattle. the slut shaming this fandom does needs to stop. you don’t like a character fine, you do you. but slut shaming is gross and has real world implications. think before you post, that’s all i ask.
5. she literally does not care about azriel getting with women, she’s aware he has had lovers and she didn’t care lol. mor was not happy with the weird obsessiveness azriel displayed. which is why she would constantly flirt and hook up with other people in his vicinity. she wanted him to move on with his life because she didn’t return his feelings. does she care about azriel? yes, she has wanted to be his friend for 500+ years. i’m sure she wants him to be happy and have love in his life the way she does for cassian, but she’s not going to be that person for him. she doesn’t want to be that person for him.
this fandom is so fucked up. they will literally do olympic size jumps to defend the male characters while shouting about how horrible the female characters are. i’m so tired.
