I started to teach at Raffles Institution since August 2015 (and also as Artist-in-residence) and together with a group of AEP (Art Elective Programme) secondary three students, we created this colourful sculpture. The name of the sculpture is called “Fragility”- an effort to create awareness for marine conservation.

Every week, we built one icon of Singapore past and present airport control tower- from the first aeroplane that landed in Old Racecourse grand stand to the 6m tall Changi Control Tower, entirely made out of cardboard.

22 September 2014, Singapore F1 night race ended the night before. Early in the morning, we are supposed to deliver the cardboard F1 cars from the padang back to respective schools. The students had put in tremendous effort to paint the cars so it's a reward to them in a way. What was unexpected is that it became the only car that crashed (or looked alike) during the night race. One of the wheels is missing.
Despite the drama, no casualty during the incident, or at least not publicly announced.
1 December 2014 ~ 4 January 2015. Christmas exhibition at Plaza Singapura (level 4) for post publicity of Science Festival. Instagram competition proudly sponsored by PS. #PSdino. We moved in early in the morning through the cargo lift and managed to finish the placement of cardboard dinosaurs within an hour.
