Lissa had (once again), disappeared from her bodyguard’s line of sight. The carefree princess had a knack for doing that, often getting distracted by the world around her, as she seemed to get excited over the littlest thing. This time, she had picked a bunch of flowers that she saw off the side of the road as she and Lon’qu were going to pick up supplies. 

The small princess scurried back to his side in seconds with a bright smile on her face and her hands behind her back as she held something. “Heeeey Lon’qu! Guess what? I got a surprise for you!” She giggled brightly.

he nodded in agreement to the princess’s statement of being considerate with her staves. at least he doesn’t have to worry about her now and he has to go visit little nono about using her dragon-stone too much. just about when he was going to go deliever the dragon-stone in his pouch, he paused when liz questioned him about any candy on him. he turned back to her, giving her a look that read as if the question itself offended him. ❝ …who do you think you’re asking, princess ? of course i have candy on me, but that ain’t mean i’d be willing to share. ❞

Lissa gives Gaius a rather childish pout. “What, that’s not fair at all! I always share my sweets with you, even when I don’t want to because you always steal them off of me with your sticky fingers.”

“Yes, really…” Emmeryn nodded, moving towards her bedroom. “If you wanted to brew some tea, then… I’ll go get into my nightclothes and get in bed.”

“And I’ll let you coddle me all you like.”
