(this is the young version of c!tubbo, he becomes more badass once he goes through several wars).

if mcc is canon on the dream smp, it had to have taken place in their past before any of the members joined the smp since everyone in the tournament is always happy and trauma-free. also ranboo's v-tuber sona is the younger version of c!ranboo, back when he still had shorter hair.

this would mean that tubbo and ranboo have met and played on the same team before they got to know each other on the smp. ranboo would've obviously forgotten about tubbo due to his memory problems, but tubbo would still remember everything and that could be the reason why he instantly became friends and came to trust ranboo so quickly. tubbo had probably assumed that ranboo still remembered him, but then found out about the memory issues and re-told him everything about their friendship during mcc.

in conclusion; this headcanon would make tubbo and ranboo canonical soulmates :)

If I may; Tommy and Ranboo becoming good friends over the course of MCC and the reason Tommy disliked Ranboo when he first appeared on the DSMP is because he thought Ranboo was just acting like he didn't know him.

And then they all lived happily ever after

ranboo wasn't sure if he should tell tommy about his memory issues since he never understood why tommy didn't trust him and therefore it took him longer to talk about it with someone other than his husband. however, once tommy found out, he slowly came to accept his initial belief as a misunderstanding and since he missed tubbo and didn't really have anyone to confine in anymore, he moved into the mansion and grew a stronger bond with both the husbands and michael.
