WE ARE ON OUR WEIGHT LOSS SHIT THIS WEEK
Dinners will be meat based with an attempt at veggies and a light to moderate amount of carbs. (Have to cook a lot of carbs for my husband)
-pork loin / pork chops
-steak
-ground beef
-polska kielbasa
-bacon
-chicken
Potatoes, bread, rice, noodles, tortillas
Green beans, corn
Working on my plan --
Applesauce in the morning w/ meds. Energy drink & 48 oz water at work. Protein shake at 11 w/ or w/ out coffee.
Run errands / keep occupied for 1.5-2 hours after work. This is the longest I can stay out bc of the dogs.
Then I will only have 1.5-2 hours til my husband gets home, which is when we will get dinner together. Dinners tbd.
Working on my plan.
-EC stack/ ECA stack (alt days) 25 mg bronkaid. 200 mg caffeine drink. Baby aspirin / alt with l-glutamine.
Just got some bronkaid today. Anyone have feedback on the eca stack?
