Week 1 + ECA Stack
I shifted back to healthy eating a week ago today. Though I counted the 1st as my start, unofficial Week 1 has been going really well so far. I've been eating enough to where I'm not cheating or feeling deprived and moving to burn off the days I go over my goal, but nothing too strenuous. My weekly net is 835 but I've eaten over 1200 every day except today. I've been doing lots of research on EC stacking and I think I'm going to give it a try as I incorporate some real exercise in the next couple of weeks. I bought Bronkaid with ephedrine and ordered 100mg caffeine pills, since I plan on starting with half doses. Overall I feel pretty great so far!
Any of you taken an ECA Stack or an EC Stack?

Update on Weight Loss Bet
I’m the only one who weighed in this week. No loss this week, but still down 12 lbs. I only worked a few days this week, but I made sure I weighed in. That money is as good as mine. This group at work is pathetic. Keep ordering your junk food. Lol.
Weight Loss Bet Through Work Extended, No Extra Money Put In.
Okay, a couple weeks ago, I posted a photo of the Domino’s Pizza my Manager bought, and how I wasn’t going to eat it and that we have an employee weight loss bet going on. The bad news is that it was extended to the end of summer, we aren’t putting more money into it and one person hasn’t been weighing in, so that’s less money for the winner. The good news is that I didn’t eat the pizza and I’m down 12 pounds. Pretty sure I am winning again. I’ve been doing the EC stack, taking my vitamins, drinking a lot of water, eating better (for the most part) and much less than I used to. I am also fond of Naked and Odwalla smoothies, fresh fruit and usually have an Isopure shake for breakfast with water and unsweetened almond milk. I enjoy GoPicnic meals and sometimes Lean Cuisines, and I am very particular on my trail mixes. I occasionally eat out and allow myself a few drinks every now and then. I rarely have bread or soda. I am not saying that if you do what I am doing, you’ll lose weight, just what works for me. I suppose the extension is a good thing to keep me going, but it is a little frustrating at the same time. Update: That's 12 lbs in about two months, people. I barely workout. I just wanted to point out that my weight loss happened in a few short weeks. I am sure that if I exercised more, I'd lose more and also have to eat more.
