Working on my plan --
Applesauce in the morning w/ meds. Energy drink & 48 oz water at work. Protein shake at 11 w/ or w/ out coffee.
Run errands / keep occupied for 1.5-2 hours after work. This is the longest I can stay out bc of the dogs.
Then I will only have 1.5-2 hours til my husband gets home, which is when we will get dinner together. Dinners tbd.
